About Goar Davtyan
Twenty-five years ago, Goar dramatically changed her life. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, leaving behind ten years of experience as a doctor, she moved with her family to another country and began working at an international company. Within a few years, she progressed from assistant manager to Department Director, eventually becoming a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
In parallel with her demanding job, Goar earned four additional diplomas and mastered three foreign languages.
Working in a fast-paced international environment, she often faced emotional burnout, grappling with challenges like balancing career success and personal life while maintaining integrity and inner harmony. At one point, Goar discovered a formula that fundamentally transformed her approach to business. This formula became the foundation of her unique program, “In Harmony to Success.”
Despite her busy schedule, Goar established a “Leadership School” for top managers, where she conducted her signature training programs, developing personnel through mentoring and coaching. Soon, other companies and educational institutions invited her as a motivational speaker and lecturer on soft skills.
“Two years ago, I left my high-ranking corporate position to fulfill my childhood dream: helping people through the power of words. Words have immense power—they can destroy or inspire, save or devastate. Every time I see someone transform, shedding old paradigms and embracing their true potential, I rejoice in the profound power of transformation,” says Goar Davtyan.
Now, Goar delivers lectures, leads training sessions based on her signature program, and hosts group retreats at her center in Armenia, Logos.
